We run to food to satisfy us, to comfort us, to cover over that hurt in our lives.

The enemy doesn’t care what we’re running too as long as it isn’t God.
When we give up our security blanket, when we let go and open our hands to the things we are holding onto so tightly for comfort, our hands are open to receive His comfort and His satisfaction.
Your body is a temple, not a trashcan.

Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him. Psalm 34:8
